I am not satisfied with the work done on my car. The inside of the car was not thoroughly cleaned to remove all bondo dust, as Brian had instructed. The front bumper and headlights were not installed properly, creating a significant gap. Additionally, a bumper clip was broken on the driver’s side. It is important to note that the front and rear bumpers are not interchangeable, so adjustments to one cannot be made without affecting the other. Furthermore, I was not informed about the tinting of my windows, which was done without my consent. I require details about which windows were tinted, the tint percentage, and the type of tint used. The front headlights also have water damage that was not present before the work was done. The overall condition of my car has worsened since I dropped it off. I am concerned about the quality of work being done by body shops and the lack of thorough quality checks. I am disappointed and frustrated with being overcharged for work that was not performed and for the damage to my car that was not addressed. It is crucial that this issue be resolved promptly.
