Work was down well and everything looks great. I assumed the outside would be washed to make sure everything looked good, but I was surprised to see the interior completely cleaned as well. I know the inside was a complete mess and definitely took some time to clean and it is greatly appreciated.

The exterior of the car iooks fabulous, but the interior pieces of the driver's door are not fitted together correctly. I have to call the shop to get it fixed

I would’ve thought that since they replaced the entire headlamp they’d checked to make sure the lights were working properly. Just a suggestion for the next ones they do. Other than that the service was great. I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness every time we’ve used Gerber!!

Great customer service from beginning to end. Repairs look good, can't even tell another driver hit my vehicle. Working with Gerber Collision was the best and easiest part of that accident experience. The cherry on top was that I was not expecting to see that they cleaned the inside salt that our shoes brought in. Would recommend and definitely use their service again.

Customer Service and communication was great. Work that was done looks good. There was damage to chrome strip on running board I was told would be replaced but I wasn’t touched- if that gets fixed then we are all good
