They always kept me informed about the progress of my repairs. There were some delays in the target completion date that were unavoidable but I was always told why. I was very impressed by the way they handled everything with the insurance company. Could not have any better people to fix my car. I give Gerber's a 5 star rating out of 5.

My car was taken over an hour away without permission. All I requested was that my gas tank be filled up when I went to pick it up. The shop gave me a very difficult time with the request. My car is also a lease, so I would have preferred to not have had the extra miles put on my car.
