Had a good experience with Gerber Collision and Glass. David who is located at the Thompson Station kept me informed of with info of the progress of my vehicle bumper-repair. I did meet David when I picked my vehicle up and he was very polite and professional. He explained to awhile before washing and waxing my car. And answered my additional question with not hesitation. When I looked at my car they did an excellent job on the repair, it was so clean and shiny. And the inside looked just as good I was so impressed, it looks so good. Thank you. I give a score of 10.

The repair looks great. They communicated the status of my repair with being prompted. It did take a couple days longer than the originally estimated time wise.
