The team did a fantastic job communicating when something went wrong. I'm painfully busy and disabled, and they worked with my time schedule and challenges. Really appreciate the ways they negotiated setback in professional ways. My only concern is how much more expensive the repair ended up being over the estimate. To be clear, there was interior damage which wasn't revealed until disassembly. But if I hadn't overestimated this expense, I would have been in a tough spot.
