Unfortunately this is my second time doing business with Gerber Collision, but luckily both experiences have been positively seamless. Pam is wonderful. She has a great personality and explains everything in such detail that you have zero reason to ask questions. Two years in a row I’ve had damage and hopefully I won’t have to come back anytime soon, but if anything happens to my vehicle again I will trust Gerber again with the repairs.

When I walked in I was amazed at how clean and comfortable it felt. The staff were so nice and detailed with the information they gave me. My Truck looks so nice and I appreciate the customer service. I also appreciate how I was updated on everything. Pam made sure that the job was done right. One thing I’ve learned is if it’s not done currently she will definitely have them do it again, and that’s what won me over!

Service was ok but the text updates didn’t match the actual repair times. Texts said car would be ready in 3 weeks but it was some much sooner so something wasn’t aligned. Also, upon pickup I noticed that the tailgate wasn’t completely flush when closed. Not sure how nobody else noticed this but it took an additional 20 minutes to fix which delayed our departure.

Car took almost three times as long as the written estimate. They tried to paint a used, damaged bumper. Every update on my car, they pushed the finish day back atleast two days.
