While the end results of the collision repair are satisfactory the the process to get to the end result was challenging. I would not recommend Gerber Collision to friends and family. I am going to share detailed feedback with my insurance company and recommend that they do not recommend this location to their clients. I used action collision in the past the outcome and customer service was best in class. Not anymore.

I would not return for service or recommend to anyone. When the opportunity arises I will make sure to share my experiences and advise others to avoid contact. I passed this on to my insurance companies and advised that location be removed from the referral list

Poor customer service resulted in inconsistent timelines and explanations for delays. One of the female customer service reps was impatient and rude in response to my calling to check if a vehicle was ready. At that point it was overdue and there had been no further communication.
