Got a call telling me I owed $1000 and was suppose to pay at pickup. The woman who called was not very pleasant and said she'd call my insurance company, this repair went thru the insurance of person who hit me not mine, and then she hung up leaving me freaking out as this was never discussed or mentioned to me and was not the case at all. I did get a call back later from a manager apologizing which settled me down a bit.
