Initial pickup of the vehicle by the tow truck company was unreliable. I had sliding pickup times and eventually was told that the pickup would be the next day by a different company. Due to the number of accidents in our area, I knew that initial completion estimates were just that--an estimate. My wife on the other hand, was upset that the three week estimate was not accurate. (It was her car!) I picked up the car today and my initial assessment of the repairs is "excellent." I trust my insurance company's selection for repair facilities. I have been with them for almost 50 years. I have had work done by Gerber before and have no complaints. Thanks.

Every time. this is this second car that I have taken there over the years (when it was Bernie's Custom Paint before Gerber) and I always suggests this location.

Had to return to have a piece if trim fixed that started falling off after original pickup. Team members tried to fix old part, but ended up ordering a new piece and installing a couple days later. Other than that, the car appears as it did before the collision.
