53 days is too long to repair a vehicle. I understand we're in difficult times but still find it unacceptable. The communication was great-I always knew where we were at, but the fact that I went 3 weeks being told the same thing-my car was next to be worked on, was frustrating at best.

The staff & technicians were very courteous & thorough in their work & customer imterface. They kept me updated on a regular basis on the progress of the vehicle repairs and delivered the vehicle back to me 5 days earlier than original timing. I would recommend them to friends & family & would go to them again in the future.

The staff at Gerber were very friendly & informative from the initial damage & quote process to completion of the repairs. They gave regular updates as to when the repairs would begin & while the repairs were in process. They also helped facilitate car rental. I had the best experience ever with the workers at Gerber. Jason ( I believe that’s his name) lol was the best he made sure he kept me posted every Tuesday and Thursday on my vehicle. They handled everything for me. I dropped my truck off and they had enterprise car rental waiting for me. I got frequent updates on the repairs to my truck. They finished several days ahead of their schedule saving me money on my rental. The truck looks brand new and I am very happy with the work the kids at Gerber did. Thank you very much
