Jason did a good job keeping me informed of all progress on the repairs. The repairs were done correctly and to my satisfaction. The regional and general manager took care of me as repairs took longer than expected. Overall it was great service and I would recommend to my friends.

Not sure where to put this comment but I don't like being harassed about the survey. I wanted to drive the car a few weeks to make sure everything was good before responding. I don't think this is unreasonable.

The vehicle was not inspected after the repair. The new trim piece had a scratch in it. Areas of the trim had rubbing compound on it. Yes after I pointed the issues out the staff addressed it. No way should I had to point that out. It should have been inspected after the completion of the repair.
