Everyone was very professional. They kept me updated on the status of my truck. Everyone I spoke to had a great attitude and upbeat and energetic. I am very pleased with the outcome of my truck. I give everyone 10s across the board. Looking forward to being a future customer when I bring in my 1995 Ford mustang which is my baby.

We were very pleased with Jon Zarzycki and his team. Everyone was great there. I was glad they took care of all busy paperwork and dealing with insurance. I trust his place. The van looks great! We followed him to this location since he was in charge of our other car; he made sure his team did a superb job fixing our almost totaled car which looks like new and runs great. Although it was a farther drive we purposely took our van to his Utica Gerber location because of his previous job. He is very thorough and that’s what we want when it comes to our vehicle. John and his team from the Utica location deserve a round of applause. They went above and beyond with service and communication. John called me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me an update which made me so happy because I knew that the team was working on my truck and not letting it just sit around. My truck was in the shop for over 2 months and every time my “expected date” to pick up my truck was getting closer and closer I got more and more happy but then the date got pushed back for another 2 weeks. I was a little upset but John was determined to give me back my truck in the same condition it was in before the accident and I could not argue with that. John could have “hurried” up and got my truck back to me sooner but he has more pride in his work and I could tell that he really cared and wanted to make sure that my truck was SAFE which is something I really appreciate. I have a two year old and was currently pregnant with my second when my truck went to the shop and I really wanted to take my newborn home from the hospital in my truck but I actually gave birth the day before my truck was done. Thanks to the Utica team I was still bringing my newborn home in a new car that they paid for through enterprise which was greatly appreciated! My husband picked up our truck and when he got home not only did we receive our truck back but also a gift. The Utica team bought me diapers and some cute stuffed animals for my newborn which was not expected but really appreciated and put a huge smile on my face. The truck is 100 percent perfect! And we are sooo happy with the results. I know that my family can drive in this truck with confidence that it is safe due to John and his team and I cannot thank them enough. Thank you for taking pride in your work and giving our family back a safe and reliable truck!!!!
