I have spent almost 2 decades in a customer service role and I must say I am very impressed with Gerber. When it comes to scenarios like a collision repair, etc. I don’t have very high hopes or expectations. Historically communication has been lacking. With this experience, you have blown your competitors out of the water. The last time I needed a collision company I had to beg them for communication and they had my car for over six weeks. Your system of consistent communication and clear expectations has me very pleased.
