The body work and damage repair was done well, but a lot of garages can do that. They kept me very informed and everything was on time, but a lot of garages can do that too. The real difference came from the care of the rest of the car. I dropped it off to get a new bumper, and they practically detailed the interior. Yes, great job on the bumper. Yes, great job on the service. Completely washing the inside and out, making it feel like a brand new car? That was excellent. Insurance paid for this one, but in the future, even if I'm paying with my own money, it'll be Gerber. Phenomenal job. Can't say enough.
