I found Gerber Collision & Glass â Warren to be a joy to work with. Made my estimate appointment, they gave me an estimate that was accurate and a choice if I wanted to call it to the insurance company or pay out of pocket. Gave me a few days to decide (went with the insurance claim because of the amount, but that is a different review). Once the insurance company stopped fooling around and authorized the repair, they order all the parts upfront. Once all the parts came in, they called and schedule a drop off time around MY SCHEDULE! They sent me e-mails almost daily to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs & had the vehicle ready when they said it would be done. It was very refreshing to deal with a professional company. While I hope I do not need them in the future, if I do, I would not hesitate return there for service. Regards, J. Ryan
