After all the repairs Gerber collision done to my vehicle I noticed and hear loud noise coming from one side of the hoods. Contacted the shop right away and gave me appointments next day . Took 4 hours off from work just so I can fit on there schedule. They send me shop cleaning boy ride with me to see if he can hear and point out the noise. We ride and both can hear the noise. Technician inside the shop didn’t even bother to look at the issues and told me it could be rattling noise coming from bad suspension system. I keep explaining to him that I didn’t have that noise after the accident or before I drop off the car for repair. Took vehicle to another garage and technician didn’t even spend 5 minutes to figured out the problem. All it was Missing retainer plastic clip that never installed on the right side wheel wall cover. I spend my money and 4 hours off my work times but Garber collision Technician didn’t bother to look and fix simple mistake he made instead Bad suspension system. Dropping off vehicle for Repair wasn’t even smooth & easy. Didn’t satisfied and wouldn’t recommend to anyone .
