Extremely long time to repair (2+ weeks) for the minimal damage to the vehicle. This was a parts supply issue which was not Gerber’s fault. I tried to be patient but don’t feel I necessarily received prompt or accurate updates at times. On 6/18 I was told via phone the vehicle would possibly be complete the following day or “worst case” the coming Monday 6/22. Toward end of day 6/22 I had not heard anything so called the location and was told most likely the following day, today 6/23. I would have appreciated a proactive update if the “worse case” scenario was no longer going to be met, rather than me needing to call.

Well, so this repair took 2 weeks. It was not a collision, but paint and windshield divots. Supposedly the glass repair people drag their feet and so I did not have my vehicle for the memorial weekend, which was difficult due to previous plans. Secondly, I now have to take my vehicle back in because my driver window is rubbing when you open and shut it. As a matter of fact, I’d like someone from the Washington Township Gerber collision to call me so I can make an appointment to bring it in.
