The staff was very helpful and took their time explaining the process of the repair and the time line. I never felt I was being rushed in & out of their facility. The car was returned cleaned and the work was reviewed with me to be sure of no faults in workmanship. I was extremely pleased with the result and pleasantly surprised it was done days before the agreed date. I'd bring any work I have in the future here knowing the staff are all customer friendly, knowledgeable and good at what they do.

Upon leaving the COLLEX shop, the "check Charge System" alert was blinking, and the battery icon was lit. I returned the car to the parking lot, the alternator belt was broken. I was notified that it was my problem, not the shops. The belt was snapped, not worn. My car had no mechanical problems when I dropped it off. Now it won't start, and is locked in Park in front of the Washington COLLEX shop, and I'm hoppping mad!
