My assessor was fantastic and provided clear and direct explanation of choices in my repairs while looking at high quality results without pressure. He was clear in the breakdown of costs. Front desk personal was great. Was very slow at completing my car repair. Told me a week ended up being 2 weeks. With not having rental insurance this additional cost was more than I planned to pay out of pocket.
