I wasn’t greeted promptly when I would come in. I would quietly stand there to give the woman time to finish what she was doing. But, a quick “hello, I’ll be with you in a minute” could be more welcoming.

It took 3 tries to get it right. First time door fit was bad. 2nd time fit was good but paint detail wasn’t commercial. 3rd time I took it home.

Repair was good but I had to point out tape residue from the plastic covering the broken glass. It should have been noticed and cleaned when the rear panel was repaired.
