I was literally in tears when I saw the repairs that had been done to my car! Several things that were not the result of my car being damaged in this claim were also repaired even though I indicated that I couldn't afford to have them fixed! The car also looked like it had been detailed, and it looks better than it did when I bought it (it was a used car)!! This was my 2nd experience using Gerber for an insurance claim and in both experiences the 3 women working there have been so extremely kind, helpful and understanding at a time when I've been so fearful of my insurance company wanting to consider the car "totaled"... In the course of waiting for my estimate I also witnessed the staff dealing with an extremely loud, rude customer complaining incessantly about her car rental, and the fact that they didn't have the vehicle she wanted on hand. Your staff dealt with this woman so professionally and diplomatically even though all her complaining had nothing to do with Gerber service or employees. Kudos to your staff there!
