The front end of Gerber service was exactly what I needed when someone hit my vehicle and a huge inconvenience insued. The Status updates and follow up calls were very helpful and reminded me that you hadn't forgot about my vehicle. I know from first hand a local Mercedes Benz dealer who not only forgot to ordrer the parts let alone repair the vehicle when everything was said and done the vehicle returned to the owner with over 500 miles added on. So for me, from the front desk to the adjuster and then on to a Enterprise pickup I felt as if my day didn't skip a beat. You took one huge stress factor off my plate. For that, I thank you! - SOMER

I had contact with both Sean and Melissa. Both of these people were extremely professional and helpful. I was very happy that you were able to complete the work in the time frame that was discussed and make sure that I was satisfied with the job. I also really appreciated that my car was cleaned both inside and out when it was finished. I was not expecting that and it was a fantastic surprise that was much appreciated.
