I was very impressed with the work but very disappointed about the communication between Allstate, Collex, and I. At first I was told by Allstate that I wouldn't be paying a deductible for the type of damage done and the car would be fixed at no expense to me. After the car was fixed and ready to be taken home, I received an unpleasant surprise of a $500 deductible, and was informed by Allstate the car would be held until the amount was paid. 7343068453, I look forward to hearing from you!
