Customer care was a 100%. I didn't have rental on my insurance. So the staff gave me a ride home when I had to drop off my car. Plus, they finished repaires almost 10 days earlier from the quoted time. The status texts were great too because I'm not much of a phone guy. Anyway the car looks great.... Thanks guys
