Overall the staff was very nice and I appreciate your team working hard to get my car back on the road. My only concern is the hood alignment—the panel gaps seem a little off to me. I understand it may not be possible to make it perfect, but I was wondering if I could have someone take a second look at it.

The staff was professional and the turnaround time was good, which I appreciated. However, I’ve had ongoing concerns with the quality of the repairs. Initially, there were noticeable panel gap issues around the hood and front bumper area. I brought the vehicle back, and while it was improved, there is still a problem on the right side where the bumper and fender do not sit flush. The bumper is slightly sticking out and won’t stay properly aligned, and it’s not something that can simply be pushed back into place. Additionally, after recent rain, both headlights are retaining moisture, which raises concerns about the seals on the replacements that were installed. I’m hoping these remaining issues can be properly addressed, as I would prefer not to have to seek another shop to correct work that was recently completed.

Everyone there made my unhappy experience very pleasant as possible. The staff was friendly and professional. The work was great. The communication was great.
