The communication from them was poor. I called them after a week and a half to see how it was going and I was told the car was going in for paint on Friday the 1st. I recieved several messages telling me they were on track for completion on 8-5-24. I called them on the 5th and was told they were getting ready to apply primer. I guess they recieved the wrong tail light. Nobody called to tell me the situation before the 5th so the whole time I think I'm getting my car back on that day. I wasnt informed of the setback until I called and still nobody called me back to explain. They just changed the pickup date in the automated system so I got a bot text telling me pick up on the 8th. The work they did to the car was fine but it took almost 3 weeks and zero communication from gerber telling me of any progress or setbacks. I wouldn't use gerber again or recommend them.
