Orange peal on driver fender compound still on the vehicle after I was told “we need your vehicle for an extra day to clean it up” which I didn’t mind I specifically told “dave” don’t rush it. Other than that GREAT on feedback, updates every Tuesday and Thursday.

Too much longer than expected to get a part that needed to be replaced. Even though pictures were taken of the damage and this piece of molding was very clearly needing to be replaced. I would have expected at least the obvious parts to have been ordered once an appointment was made for the repair. This caused me to exceed the limit for a rental and was just very disruptive to my schedule. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have been able to better prepare for the extra time it took to complete the repair. Otherwise, the work itself was good.
