Located within an auto dealership (or standalone location), we provide easy access to the repair services you need, when you need them. Our Intake Centers are staffed by a collision repair professional that will help arrange everything required to get you back on the road. The same great service you know and trust at a location that’s convenient for you! Vehicle drop-off / pick-up, and paperwork associated with your repair will be done at the Intake Center. The actual repair of your vehicle will be performed at one of our nearby full service repair facilities. As always, we will keep you informed of the progress of your repairs every step of the way! It took almost a month to have two doors changed. They said they would call me twice a week with information. Never did that. I called in and complained about it. Front desk said that they would address it and apologized. But my concerns were not heard, nothing was done. I did however receive texts and calls immediately after my calls to them. They never knew what was going on with my car. when I called in I did receive call/text me back. The front desk guy blatantly lied and said that he texted me and called me with information, which I have never received. He tried to convince me that I was confused. Also when I would call in and ask her about my car they told me, that my car was not there!! I was calling the wrong Gerber. So I spent time out of my day calling other Gerbers to figure out where my car was and then realized it was a first place. This is with me giving them my name, my husbands name, car information, and insurance name. I’m not sure how big this facility is but, it looks like a small operation. No way there’s more cars than they know how to handle. Also do they know not how to read paperwork!!! This is beyond ridiculous. When I finally received my car. There was mud foot prints all over my car. The steering wheel was dirty from the workers. And the airbag sign was and is still on!! Not ok!!! The front desk person acted frazzled, as if this is something he didn’t realize was still on there. This is not OK. This is not professional!!! He told me to take my car back yet another time and trust them with their services knowing they had treated my car badly. My car wasn’t even washed. Maybe it had been washed but, It had been days because, there was still spots and dirt all over my car. My tires had mud all over them so, I don’t know if somebody was driving my car around town or what!!!! This is some of the worst possible service I’ve ever had..

They lie, they buy time, and are untrustworthy. They never could give me a straight answer about my car. Even to something so simple. Like their Gerber location. I had to call them out and be like, I dropped off my car at your place. Aren’t you the Gerber by Popeyes. That was what motivated them to say yes, your car is here.
