Located within an auto dealership (or standalone location), we provide easy access to the repair services you need, when you need them. Our Intake Centers are staffed by a collision repair professional that will help arrange everything required to get you back on the road. The same great service you know and trust at a location that’s convenient for you! Vehicle drop-off / pick-up, and paperwork associated with your repair will be done at the Intake Center. The actual repair of your vehicle will be performed at one of our nearby full service repair facilities. As always, we will keep you informed of the progress of your repairs every step of the way! We'll see. I lightly dusted off the bumper today (7/29) with a semi wet towel to see the repair job - after picking up 7/23 (shop said it was ready) but it's the towel was all black. Was that paint? I hope not. Monitoring.

Text messaging was a little off. I'd get automated texts saying the car was ready, but it wasn't. Shop admitted there was some weird delay. So, updates were not reliable. People nice though.

I was told that I would need to come back on Monday to get a piece installed; it's been a whole week later and I still haven't gotten the last piece installed. They say they will call, but I haven't heard back.

Jimmy, was so nice to us. Since we brought our car to the shop for repair. He was still spo nice to us when we pick up our car after the repair . All employees should have the same personality as Jimmy showedv us.

I can't say enough about Rocky, Jimmy, and the team at Get her Collision in White Center! They went above and beyond to ensure that the whole repair experience was a smooth and painless as possible! Both Rocky and Jimmy kept me completely up to date as to the exact status of my car through each phase of the repair process. I would recommend Rocky actually took charge of the whole rental car situation, since the rental car agency that my insurance recommended was too far away and wouldn't come pick me up from the shop. Thanks again for the wonderful customer service! I would happily recommend Berber Collision and Glass in White Center to anyone needing their car repaired!

I had to bring my car back 3 separate times in order to have my car adequately fixed. Even after that it was returned to me dirty. Good customer service though.
