The car looked great. Just one complaint. It was difficult trying to call your establishment. Every time I called I was transfered to a national call center. I was then instructed to leave a voice mail with them AND never had a call returned. I subsequently drove to your facility to get my issues resolved. Frustrating...but your receptionist were always friendly and helpful .

Would have gave a ten but when I got it back the rear brakes are grinding. Not sure how those can be related but seems coincidental that they weren’t before and are afterwards.

Everything was great, however, when I got home and went to use my hatch it doesn't open. I am waiting on a call back- I didn't think to try to open the back hatch when I picked it up

While customer service was great and everything was satisfactory repair wise, the only criticism is the estimated time of completion was off. Luckily everything worked out but the delay caused the final completion to be middle of a planned vacation. Being more aggressive with an accurate date of completion might help future customers.

Dent repair is flawless. But one of the roof black bands was a little loose.
