Absolute scam with State Farm. Took entirely too long for low level damage, estimates were designed to make Gerber the only choice and you obviously get kick backs from rental car companies. I’ll fire State Farm after 40 yeas and I will never use Gerber again.

I have had great experiences with the Gerber in Madison WI and would definitely recommend it but not the one in Westfield IN.

Gerber asked me to bring my drivable vehicle in for repairs. However, they did not work on it. A 3 to 4 day repair took 12 days. I had to rent a vehicle the whole time which became quite expensive. During the first 8 days I did not hear from them. I had to call to get some vague information.
