At this point ima it concerned about getting the “experience” completed. When the car was returned to me it had minor front end damage caused by the towing company who either towed it to Woodbury minn from the gerber site here in Madison or when it was towed back to Madison. The rep I talked to took pictures of the damage and said he would get back to me by this last Friday the 3rd of July . No word yet from him one way or another . The damage is CLEARLY from the tow bar so there is no question about that. I’m assuming he is hoping I’ll just forget about it and move on. That’s not going to happen. So that is the reason for the 5 rating. The actual job seems to be well done.

Phone calls to the office were handled professionally, were informative. Visits to the shop were efficient, professional and informative. Check-in process was easy, periodic texts for progress updates were helpful and the final results were great!

Brenda from the Woodbury, MN location and Christian from the Park Street, Madison WI location were THE BEST. Brenda's communications were top notch and she kept my personal requests in mind and made sure everything was done accordingly. Christian was so kind to go that extra personal step and make sure I was doing ok as I was visibly upset due to personal loss. I can't thank them both enough for their kindness and professionalism.

The car looks great, clearly fixed with OEM parts as I had requested. The only delay was sourcing the windshield, but Gerber was willing to cover the extra couple of days on my rental car while I waited for that last piece to be finished.

Overall, I'm happy with how things turned out, but it's a shame I forgot to ask for insurance to cover my passenger side that's definitely a lesson learned, but out of all I would still recommend others to take a visit to Gerber Collision & Glass for a car repair.
