The workmanship is very good, but it was difficult getting status information that was very descriptive. An example of a non-descriptive status comment is, “car is in body”. That is not much to go on for a layman. Also, the staff seemed dismissive of me as a women, but were much more helpful if my husband interacted.

I would not recommend any of my friends to your conpany…. I did not like they way I was talked to. I did not appreciate the way Jason told me on two different occasion that 1.. you had only three technicians and fifty cars to take care of. 2. That I was luck that my car did not sit there for 6,7 or 8 months due to parts and insurance. I don’t care about the others cars. I only cared about my car.
