Communicated well. Took longer than expected to get resolved with my insurance company to start the repair process. No explanation that the Docusign would be sent noting my responsibility of material costs, and the amount didn't align with the material costs in the estimate. Signed one time, then was sent the same agreement a second time, so was unsure why.
