Great customer service and attention was given to me from Day 1 until my vehicle was repaired. Even when delays happened out of anyone's control, they would still push to move me up the line in order to get my vehicle repairs completed within a reasonable time. I'd like to mention Saul by name as he provided excellent customer service throughout the vehicle repairs process.

On day one, they moved very quickly. In a matter of moments they fit my vehicle in the schedule and started immediately. Gene and Kelly left a very positive impression on me. When I had questions, they were always available. When I had concerns, Gene took the time to educate me. He gave me physical examples and made me aware of things I was not aware of prior to. He wasn’t sarcastic or short. He was calm, knowledgeable and respectful. Yes, we had to get all the kinks out. The way they handled everything was kind and professional. My vehicle looks amazing now. I appreciate the work that was done.
