I, Lisa, selected the Wylie location out of the other Allstate recommended Collision repair shops because it is locally owned, near my house, has great informational Google Maps reviews, and might not have been swamped due to opening in May 2025.

Derrick was very nice and made sure I understood the process and about how long it would take. The parts came in right away so they were able to get my Tahoe fixed up after only 2 days instead of the agreed upon 4-5. I am very happy with the quality of the work and will absolutely do business with them again if the need arises.
