Paige at the front desk always responsive and my tech girl i hope im remembering her name, Nicole I think. She made a decision to get a new fender after the observing the poor quality of painting over the damage. I was more than impressed, that’s great customer service. From the moment I arrived I received great service. Angel came out and greeted me. Looked at my car and explained the process. When I returned to receive my vehicle Angel again greeted me and explained what was done to my car. Gave me the paper work which included a lifetime warranty. The work was thorough and early. I received my car two days early. Angel and the team at Hertrich was wonderful. I also was able to drop my rental off there and leave with my own vehicle. Great service and convenient.
