Paige at the front desk always responsive and my tech girl i hope im remembering her name, Nicole I think. She made a decision to get a new fender after the observing the poor quality of painting over the damage. I was more than impressed, that’s great customer service. From the moment I arrived I received great service. Angel came out and greeted me. Looked at my car and explained the process. When I returned to receive my vehicle Angel again greeted me and explained what was done to my car. Gave me the paper work which included a lifetime warranty. The work was thorough and early. I received my car two days early. Angel and the team at Hertrich was wonderful. I also was able to drop my rental off there and leave with my own vehicle. Great service and convenient.

Angel was very professional and kind. He explained the process and what was done to my vehicle completely. He answered every question I had and make sure I was satisfied with the work done to the vehicle and if there was any questions and concerns I had that he did not covered.
