The receptionist / front desk, I forgot her name from when she first introduced herself to me upon arriving on Friday 24, 2026. To my knowledge, she went above and behind the call of duty. I had a problems with my insurance company, all she said was Mr. Jones don't worry about it, I will handle it. And she did, before I went off the deep end. Thank you so much. We need more people like this in the working world. All I can say is, I didn't have to worry about anything while my car were in HERTRICH Collision hands..
