The workmanship was excellent. My car looked brand new and I loved it. Hertrich did a great job repairing the door of my car. On the day I picked up my car, I was having a bad day and the day progressively got worse. I was so happy to finally get into my car and drive away. Unfortunately, when I was at the traffic light, my car just went dead on me. I called Nicole, the Hertrich representative who took care of me when I first dropped off my car. I asked her for help. She and two others rushed to my location, which fortunately was not that far from Hertrich. She took care of everything and asked me to go back to the shop so I would be safe and took over from there. She called a mechanic to check and find out what the problem was. Nicole also called a tow truck for me and made arrangements for my car to be taken to the repair shop. Fortunately, it was only the battery that had to be replaced. However, everyone in the shop was very solicitous and helpful. I have never seen such a high level oi competence and performance in a service area, in my years of dealing with professionals. I highly recommend Hertrich to anyone who has had their car bent out of shape due to an accident. If I were to give them a rating, it would be more than a 100 percent. Thank you, Hertrich.
