I had a great experience with the customer service at Hertrich Collision Center. From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and committed to making the process as smooth as possible. One thing that really stood out was that my car was completed right on time, which made a huge difference for me. Angel did an excellent job walking me through the repairs on my vehicle. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the work that had been done, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the service. Paige was also incredibly helpful—she assisted me in changing my rental company without any hassle. She was very kind, professional, and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Sara was a big help as well, providing great hospitality and making me feel welcomed throughout the entire process. It’s clear that the whole team truly cares about their customers. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend Hertrich Collision Center for their outstanding service and dedication.

I am very well satisfied with the repairs that was done to my vehicle, and yes, I would recommend hertrich to anyone that has a Collision problem or need repairs. You have my vote.

From the first day, I contacted Hertrich in reference to my Collision repairs, my date to bring my car and had already been set up by State Farm. Upon arrival I was greeted at the lady at the front desk and a young man named Angel went out to my car with me to review the damages. He did observation of my vehicle and told me that I will be updated about every three days. I was already set up to be picked up by Enterprise to go over and pick up a rental.
