Great service on the cars but the female at the desk have very poor manners,downsizing people,poor customer service just not for her at the bear store

I was very anxious to get my mazda back. It took longer than expected. After finally picking up my car and seeing it again 2 weeks later, I felt like I did at Car Max the 1st time i got the car. The front desk employee was very friendly and professional. I did call a couple times for a eta when I could pick it up. Was helpful finding out for me. The front bumper appears different than my original bumper. It is not low to the ground unlike my other one was. There wasn't anyone from the shop to talk to me of the work performed after picking up the car. Just a stack of papers of everything done to it. I like to actually go over it with the repairman and they could tell me a little more information while working with the car. I understand the Pandemic were going through but I guess that's just the norm now. However, overall you all did a great job and I would definitely use your shop again. I would recommend anyone to bring their vehicles. Thank you Hertrich.
