Great experience! The process was extremely smooth, dropped the car off and had a rental waiting for me right there, took about 10 minutes in total. They kept me updated via text throughout the process and finished four days earlier than originally stated. Repairs look excellent, and to top it off, they cleaned the car better than it had been cleaned in a while. As annoying as a car accident is, Hertich in conjunction with Geico made the repair process as simple and smooth as possible!

The car looks great - just like New. The office kept me up-to-date on the status of my car and I knew exactly when to go pick it up. Everything was explained in detail before and after the service. They even handled returning the rental car. I couldn’t be happier.
