Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and repairs were surprisingly quick. They were completed within 4 days, despite being originally quoted a full week. I would gladly return to Hertrich in the future.

Your ladies were very nice and very pleasant. The lady at the front desk was helpful getting my rental. The other lday explained all about the damage and then what they did to correct it
