When I went to pick up my car I noticed a 1/4 inch gap between the light and bumper on one side, the grill that was replaced was not the same as the one I originally had and now about a week later the check engine light came on so I will be calling to have this issue resolved. However every issue was resolved and the customer service team was amazing. The work done was done well and they were very time efficient with the repairs.

I scheduled the appointment with the Body Shop and delivered my 2022 RAM as agreed. I was promptly greeted and the Estimator came out and did a walk-around of my vehicle with me while explaining what needed repairing and how they would proceed. I dropped off the truck on the agreed upon day and was then given an estimated completion date. Hertrich completed the work in half the time that they anticipated. The truck looks great! Everyone took the time to address my concerns and I was updated regularly as to the status of my repairs. Every single person was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with the work done on my truck, as well as my interaction with Hertrich's Staff. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any repairs in the future!
