My doors look great. I am disappointed that a new door was ordered vs being banged out. That expanded the cost tremendously. Prior to being referred to you by Geico, I took my car to Honda for an estimate. I was given a verbal quote of $3000.00. I was offered it in writing, and I now regret not saying yes. Never once was the cost spoken to me at Hertrich. Not even when I paid my $1000 00 deductible at checkout. I was handed a multi page statement with no discussion of what was done or charged.

Overall great result and communication, ease of use etc. Only issue: I was presented right before pickup with a previously undiagnosed suspension issue which resulted in the inability to perform an alignment. I would have liked to see this addressed as a wheel was impacted as part of this collision.

I am completely satisfied with how they handled me. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and wiper fluid being low when I dropped it off they filled it up when I picked up my vehicle. Overall it was a pleasant experience that made the process easy .

Kelly was the best member on the team. Not only did she help me when I was having the worst week of my life, she also had my back through everything. The insurance, the timeline of my car getting fixed, and even getting a rental. I don’t think I would’ve had a good experience had it not been for Kelly herself.
