I was very impressed by the level of customer service that I received, especially from Dominique and Cathy. Dominique kept me updated on each step of the process which I greatly appreciated. The repairs on my vehicle were done very quickly which was also very appreciated. I know that Hertrich Middletown hasn’t been open long, but I’m happy to now have a reputable service center in Middletown with such amazing customer service

Everything looked good on the rainy day I picked it up. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff. Everyone answered my questions in a very kind & respectful manner. Dominque was fantastic keeping me posted on the progress & very sweet & professional in person. Michelle at the desk was also fantastic, sweet & professional. I would definitely recommend Hertrich's.

After getting home in a different lighting, we noticed three small spots we contacted the body shop. They told us to bring it in, and we showed him that the spots were there and they told us it was dirt spots schedule appointment to bring it back upon examining again, the body shop manager turned around and said those are stones marks, not being satisfied. I took my vehicle to a body shop and they examine the right front bumper and they said those were dirt spots where they painted over some dirt. I appreciate the hospitality coming from Michelle and Dominique, but I’m not satisfied with the outcome of the work performed in the body shop. B.Ivan Broomer

Communication was wonderful! Staff was courteous and friendly. They went above and beyond! While waiting we were talking to the lady at the desk about my mom’s recent health issues and she even called us a few days later to give us an update and also asked about my mom. So very kind! I appreciated the constant updates on my vehicle. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. When I first took my car there for the estimate, they were concerned about me driving the car with a hanging bumper and a lifted hood so before I drove away, they fixed the hood and attached the bumper so it was safer to drive until I could bring it in for the appointment. I would definitely use their services again.
