My vehicle was not fully repaired. It was reported to me that the technician was aware of the issue that I called to follow up about after picking up my vehicle. The back hatch/ electronic door does not open consistently or in a timely manner. There also seems to be issues with the passenger door that were not there prior. My vehicle took a long time to repair compared to other collision repairs that repaired by USAA certified collision shops.
