They did not replace a broken part under the car. I have called repeatedly and they said it hasn't come in yet. Otherwise I would give them a 10 out of 10.

When the technician called me about my car, he made me feel a little stupid that I asked about the tire when I guess the problem was the wheel - I was using the words interchangeably but instead of explaining what the problem was he just corrected me that it wad the wheel not the tire. But. Very fast service. And it looks great
