I'm completely disappointed with the condition of my vehicle. When I picked my vehicle up I was just handed my keys. Not one person walked me out to show me what the fixed and to see if I was satisfied. After leaving I now know why. My car wasn't detailed they had my car for 2 weeks gave it back to me and didn't take the time to clean it after I had a service provided. I drove away after driving I noticed 2 of the complaints I brought it in for was still present. After parking and finally giving it a good luck bc now I feel like this company can't be trusted. I find a long strip of empty pant missing and exposed metal on my vehicle. This is an Infiniti not a cheap vehicle a 2023 Qx80. I also had to come out of my pocket to bring my vehicle here bc the insurance company wanted me to go somewhere else. I refused bc I felt like I would get the best service by the manufacturer of my vehicle. The joke was on my they didn't care at all and it shows. I will NEVER bring my car back after they fix what's wrong again. Lesson learned.

They did a fantastic job fixing my front bummer from the accident. You wouldn’t even know how much damage it was since it looks like a brand new.

After waiting 6 weeks and 2 days for the repairs to be completed, The front bumper will not stay in place. Brought it back in and it turns out that the bumper is actually too long. A new bumper has to be ordered, and my car will have to go back again so that the bumper can be replaced. Estimated to take “about 2 days”.
